This is when you’ll pay for parking during Ramadan

Abu Dhabi Department of Transport has announced the details of paid parking during Ramadan.

Throughout the holy month, residents can take advantage of free parking every day from 2pm to 9pm across the city.

Drivers will have to pay for parking as normal from 9am to 2pm every day, except on Fridays. Additionally, between Saturday and Wednesday drivers will have to pay between 9pm and 2.30am and 9pm and midnight on Thursday.

Motorists attending Taraweeh prayers will not face parking fees.

While the official start of Ramadan has not yet been announced it is anticipated to begin on Thursday 17th May.
