Swing into action


The friendly neighbourhood Spiderman is back on the silver screen but not as you know him. With Marvel taking the reins on this project, you can expect some tie-ins with their popular cannon of films like Captain America Civil War and Avengers Assemble as Tom Holland dons the spandex for the second time. Laugh out loud


Need some laughter in your life? Comedy crew Yalla Laughs are back after a short summer hiatus to bring the funny back to your working week. Performing in the capital for the first time since Ramadan you can join comedians from the UK, USA and India who will share their best jokes, observations and one-liners to help put a smile on your face. Brush up


Intrigued by the artistic process? Head along to Guggenheim Abu Dhabi’s second exhibition and get real insight into how artistic brains work. Featuring 25 international and local artists The Creative Act: Performance, Process, Presence, is split into three branches, with a variety of media from archival documents, photography, video, painting, sculpture and works on paper. Wednesday 12th July 

Get your quiz on


Think you know it all? Well, now is your chance to prove it at this popular quiz night. Whether you know everything about film and TV, sport, science or history, you’ll be put through your paces to find a worthy winner. Just remember to grab a few friends and think up a clever team name before you try to swallow an encyclopedia as research, after all, it’s a team effort. Free.
