The world’s largest indoor theme park is set to open its doors in Abu Dhabi this summer.
Warner Bros World has been the hottest topic in the emirate and now we can reveal that the park will open its doors to the public on 25th July, 2018.
Tickets are already on sale for the billion-dollar theme park, which is spread out across 1.65 million square feet.
From the main square, Warner Plaza, portals lead visitors into themed zones based around famous cartoon and comic book characters, including Cartoon Junction – home of Bugs Bunny, Scooby Doo and friends – as well as Bedrock, Dynamite Gulch and Gotham City, home to infamous superhero, Batman.
Warner Bros World features 29 rides like the Bedrock River Adventure, a themed flume ride on a river, Fast and Furry-ous, a suspended rollercoaster inspired by Wile E Coyote and Road Runner, and the 3D Green Lantern experience featuring floor-to-ceiling curved screens. There are also family-friendly activities, live performances, 16 dining outlets and several themed retail shops packed with merchandise, many of which has been custom-made for this park.
“We have worked tirelessly with our partners at Miral to faithfully bring iconic franchises such as DC Entertainment, Looney Tunes and Hanna-Barbera to life in a truly immersive and authentic environment,” said Pam Lifford, President, Warner Bros. Consumer Products. “Delivering experiences and products that continue our brands’ storytelling and excite and engage fans is our primary goal, and we look forward to sharing this world-renowned attraction with them this summer.”
