He may be good, he may be outta sight – and he’s coming to Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah for a concert one January night.

Ex-Take That member, current solo pop superstar and all-round entertainer Robbie Williams is coming to Dubai for a concert on the 24th January.
It’s part of the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) celebrations – which will be raging with retail sales and extravagant entertainment all January long. The concert will take place at Palm Jumeirah’s The Pointe, a thrilling venue that supports a floating stage, and recently hosted a fellow member of Brit-pop royalty in the form of Dua Lipa.
He’s been part of the boy-band, Take That (until 1995, then rejoined in 2006), he’s had a brief dalliance with acting (perhaps most notably voicing the titular character in 2005’s ill-received Magic Roundabout reboot ‘Dougal’). He’s been a judge on the UK’s X-Factor, a presenter and he even fronted a UFO documentary back in 2006.
But it’s his solo work that will be on display on the 24th where he’ll be performing hits from his 12-year solo career. And you’re right to be excited about hearing hits like ‘Candy,’ ‘Let me Entertain You,’ and ‘Rock DJ,’ but it’s his own X-factor that often gets people buzzing.
Williams enjoys a reputation as one of the most exciting pop showmen on the planet today. His energy, cheeky persona and frequent interaction with the audience make him a popular pick to see at live gigs and festivals. Making good on his pledge to ‘Let Me Entertain You.’
