A new multi-sensory experience in Abu Dhabi will showcase the work of one of the most famous impressionist artists of all time.

The Van Gogh Alive exhibition will bring the paintings of the namesake artist in to focus at Abu Dhabi National Theatre from 14th January until 26th February.

Aiming to capture the imagination of art lovers and people unfamiliar with the work of Van Gogh, the exhibition will see iconic paintings projected on the walls, floors and ceiling, displayed alongside a specially chosen score of classical music.

The sensory experience will highlight sections of artworks and help visitors explore the themes and meanings behind a number of iconic pieces to enjoy an in-depth look at art   that differs to visiting a standard art museum.
