Find out what camps in the capital have to offer to entertain and educate your children during the spring break. 

When the school bell rings to signal the start of spring break, children will no doubt rejoice. But for parents, the keeping little ones engaged can be a daunting prospect.

Let’s face it: there are only so many ideas you can come up with to keep things entertaining for children without running up a small fortune or resorting to shoving them
in front of a screen.

So instead, keep them active, busy and social during the holidays by checking out the spring camps on offer that feature a range of activities to help fill time until the school bell ushers students back for another term.

Energetic tykes

If your child has energy to burn then the My First Gym spring camp could be the perfect fit. Children over the age of three can take part in a range of fitness classes and fun sporting activities including wall climbing, and get messy with arts and crafts. 31st March-11th April. At Zayed Sports City, children can take their pick from two different spring camps. The Holiday Camp offers children between five and 12 years old the chance to take part in activities including bowling, basketball, carnival games, relay races and more in a diverse programme of pastimes. For a more focussed experience, kids can join the Academy Sports Camp to enjoy hands-on coaching in tennis or ice-skating and benefit from learning from qualified coaches in a small group. 31st March-11th April.
