Al Ain cultural event to celebrate Emirati movies

Al Ain is the centre of so much  culture and the great thing is they want to share it with you!

Cinema buffs are in luck!

The Emirati cinema scene goes under the spotlight when Al Qattara Cinema Programme launches on 13th December at Al Qattara Arts Centre in Al Ain.

The first screening is the short film Lemon by Abdul Rahman Al Madani, followed by  Hamama,  a documentary directed by Nujoom Alghanem.

The screenings form part of many cultural events being hosted as part of Al Ain Cultural Programme.

On 28th December, Al Qattara Arts Centre will host the first edition of Makhaweek, which celebrates fashion and jewellery through the works of Emirati designers.

The Al Ain Palace Museum will stage a Cultural Connection event from 14th to 15th December, highlighting the peaceful cultural coexistence between the UAE and global customs and traditions.

Weekend at the Oasis at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Al Ain Oasis returns from 19th to 21st December, offering you a chance to immerse in local heritage through cultural experiences and workshops.

Hamama

Running from 22nd to 26th December, Al Ain Palace Museum Winter Camp for kids exposes children to the cultural sites of Al Ain.
