Check Abu Dhabi University recently expanded its library, which now houses more than 360,000 books and Operation Smile that is giving you the opportunity to purchase books at a discount while helping a worthy cause.

Now it’s the turn of ‘Kalima Encourages Reading,’ a collaboration between Kalima, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi’s translation project and Al Mushrif Mall to promote books and a love of reading among the capital’s citizens.

The expo, which serves as a cultural platform to learn about the latest publications of Kalima Translation Project and Esdarat, highlights the importance of books in human development and openness to other cultures.
According to Saeed Hamdan Al Tuneiji, publications department director at Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, the ex also aims to encourage younger generations to learn and discover more about other cultures and authors.
The exhibition runs till 20th October at Al Mushrif Mall, Abu Dhabi.
